Government fees

Fees paid to a government agency are generally non-refundable once a filing has been submitted, because the agency sets and collects them.

FileHQ service fees

If you cancel before we begin work on your request, your service fee is refundable. Once preparation or filing has begun, service fees may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the work completed.

Requesting a cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible with your reference number. We'll confirm the status of your request and what, if anything, can be refunded.
