Business and contact details you submit through our forms (such as business name, identifier, and your name, email, and phone), and records of the services you request. We do not collect SSNs or sensitive tax documents through public forms.
How we use it
To prepare and submit the filings you request, to communicate with you about your requests, and to operate and improve our services.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full payment-card numbers on our systems.
Data sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the service (for example, with the relevant government agency to complete a filing you authorize) and with service providers who help us operate. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time and may request access to or deletion of your information, subject to our legal obligations.
