FileHQ is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Secretary of State, the IRS, or any other government agency.

You can file directly

You may prepare and submit filings yourself directly with the appropriate government agency, typically for the government fee alone. Our service is an optional convenience for which we charge a separate service fee, always shown apart from government fees.
